All of our branches are open at Alert Level 1.
We encourage you to keep a safe distance from people you don’t know while out and about, keep up the good hand washing practices,
keep track of where you’ve been and who you've seen – use the NZ COVID Tracer app to help with contact tracing.

Click & Collect
What happens next?
When we receive your order, our sales team will check if the goods are at the pickup location that you selected. If so, we’ll send you a confirmation email at which time you can collect your order.
If not, we send the goods on our free internal freight service to the store that you've chosen. Please be patient with us, as this can take up to ten business days. We will contact you as soon as your gear is ready for collection.
Our in-store team will need to site your photo ID upon collection.
If you need your order urgently, we recommend using the courier shipping method.
COVID-19 Notice: Branches may have different requirements for contactless pick-ups; if this is the case, we’ll let you know! Staff handling your order will have appropriate PPE and we are ensuring the highest levels of hygiene, making sure the boxes are as clean as possible.
Online orders can be delivered directly to you via courier.
